The rent prices do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT only applies to those staying less than three months. The additional charge of 3,6% will be added inthis case to the bill at the end of stay.

The rents will be charged in advance. We accept credit cards (Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa, American Express).

The beginning or the end of the rental agreement  is possible at any time. The period of notice at premature departure or by "no show" is 14 days.

Children under 6 years stay in company of an adult without charges (one child per adult). Childbeds are available.

Overnight stays from guests must be indicated and will be invoiced with CHF 25.00 per night.

The telephone taxes will be charged separately.

The guest tax is CHF 3.20 per day (for the first 30 days of your stay) and includes a free mobility ticket for the tramways and buses.

For short-term stays (under 14 days) and for smokers we will charge CHF 50.00 for the final cleaning.

You can rent a car parking nearby (CHF 15.00 per day, resp. CHF 290.00 per month).
